What We Collect and Store Automatically

If you contact us
Except for authorised law enforcement investigations, we do not share your details with any other outside organisations unless we have first obtained your written permission.
You may choose to provide us with personal information, as in an e-mail with a comment or question. We use the information to improve our service or to respond to your request.
The J Williams & Associates team member you contact will keep the information you have provided whilst they deal with your query. Should it be necessary for them to pass your query to someone else, you will be informed of this and given the option to refuse. Once we have dealt with your initial enquiry, unless there is likely to be ongoing contact between us, your data will not be kept on our systems.
Should there be ongoing contact, we will not transfer your information onto any form of database within J Williams & Associates without informing you first and getting your consent. During our business relationship, your data will be kept securely on our system and only shared where legally required. Once our business relationship ends, we will keep your data for the legally required time (four years for packaging waste regulations, for example), but will then delete it from our electronic files.
